Grace sought an intuitive platform that empowered her to manage subscriptions, courses, and event logistics effortlessly, all while building deeper connections with her growing online community.
I worked closely with Grace to design and launch a comprehensive Squarespace website, incorporating membership subscriptions, digital product sales, email marketing integration, and retreat management. The resulting site provides users with smooth navigation and clear access to offerings, significantly boosting engagement and simplifying Grace’s administrative tasks. The solution elevated Wild Grace Wellness, effectively communicating its brand values and increasing overall sales and client satisfaction. Within the first month of launch, Wild Grace Wellness sold over 35 memberships and received 8 retreat deposits.
I built an inviting and easy-to-navigate subscription-only digital video library, providing members with exclusive access to Grace's curated yoga and wellness classes. Leveraging Squarespace's native membership functionality, users enjoyed secure, personalized experiences, accessing content seamlessly on any device. This dedicated member area strengthened client relationships, increased subscription retention, and established Wild Grace Wellness as a go-to digital wellness hub.
To accommodate diverse client needs, I developed a dynamic product catalogue that seamlessly integrated subscription memberships and individual one-off courses and resources. Visitors could easily choose between long-term commitments and standalone purchases, maximizing convenience and accessibility. This strategy successfully expanded Grace's revenue streams while ensuring a personalized shopping experience for all users.
In preparation for Wild Grace Wellness's yoga retreat in Dominica, I designed and executed a streamlined landing page that captured user interest and efficiently directed them toward registration. Integrated email marketing sequences nurtured leads from initial interest to confirmed bookings, while a straightforward invoicing system simplified financial management. The digital campaign successfully filled retreat slots and enhanced participant satisfaction, ensuring Grace could focus fully on providing transformative experiences.
